6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available in selected areas. Availability of COD may vary depending on location and courier service limitations.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. Time Fusion is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

8. Delayed or Lost Shipments

While we work closely with reliable courier partners, Time Fusion is not liable for delays caused by courier services, natural disasters, or events beyond our control. In case of a lost shipment, we will assist in coordinating with the courier to resolve the issue.

9. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos or video evidence before opening the package. Claims reported after delivery acceptance may not be eligible for resolution.
